helpful staff lovely linens
the staff at reception were genuinely helpful. i had a silver seaview double room. it included nice linens and towels. (the seaview was lovely!)

The staff was very cute and dog-friendly too. I liked this hotel. Teens seemed to love the dungeon experience. The location was great. It was very nice to be able to walk to the beach and shops! My room included lots of milk, sugar, and tea bags, which I found very helpful.
It was noisy. I could hear conversations from another room next door.

The comfy bed included clean pillows. A fan was provided in the room. My bathroom had both a bath and shower. A TV was also available, and the room was very clean.

Parking was available before check-in, even though the car park was already full. I appreciated the reception staff extending my checkout time for a small fee. They were very nice and helpful. The spa facilities were amazing!

The breakfast looked fabulous, though I did not eat there. I was out meeting friends. I had food from the menu, and I found it lovely. The cocktails were ok.

excellent service relaxing experience great selection
The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food (i loved the freshly baked bread). The private spa offered a relaxing experience with a hot tub and sauna. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The parking situation could be a bit more convenient, requiring a short walk from the designated area.
